1 goat’s liver, heart, spleen and lungs
3 –4 large onions-chopped fine
10 large flakes garlic ) cut lengthwise
2 inch piece of ginger )
6 green chilies
4- 6 tsp bottle masala
2 tbsp vinegar
Cut liver into large pieces, parboil and then cut into small cubes. (as for sarpatel). Fry cut masala in 2 – 3 tbsp oil. Add Easr Indian™ bottle masala, meat, stock, vinegar and 1 cup water. Cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
